Fly Fishing Adventures Terms and Cancellation Policy

To reserve your space in one of our fly fishing classes, full fee payment is required upon booking. Classes may be held rain or shine. However, our instructors may deem the conditions not conducive for a class, and reserve the right to cancel a class at any time. Should a cancellation occur, Reading Waters Fly Co. will contact the class’ students as quickly as possible. The student will have the option of a full refund or class fee credit towards a future class, to be used within the same calendar year.

Should a student wish to cancel a booked class, the following refund policy applies to all of our classes:

  • Up to 30 days from class date: full refund for class fee
  • 29-15 days from class date: 50% of class fee refunded
  • 14 days or less from class date: no refund

Students may choose to re-schedule class dates up to 14-days without penalty. Full class fee will be kept by Reading Waters Fly Co. and applied to the future class the student wishes to enroll in. Classes re-scheduled by student 13-days and less from original class date will incur a $100 handling fee, and original class fee will be kept by Reading Waters Fly Co. and applied to a future class student wishes to enroll in. 

Original class fee will be applied to only 1 future class date within the same calendar year. No refunds for difference in class fees will be given if original class fee is more than the class fee the student wishes to enroll in. If future class fee is larger than original class fee, student is responsible for paying the difference.  No refund will be given if original class fee is not used within same calendar year as the original class student enrolled in.
